Jody Avirgan is N2’s founding podcast strategist and one of the most experienced podcast hosts/producers/editors in the business. He was the founding producer of Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight podcasts, ESPN’s 30 for 30 Podcasts, is the executive producer of Trevor Noah’s podcast “What Now?” and produces shows with places like NPR, WNYC, Major League Baseball, Apple TV+, the TED Audio Collective, and Adam McKay’s “Death at the Wing” podcast. N2 Communications and Jody’s Roulette Productions are producing partners on many projects, including The Friendly Ghost.

Zoe Petkanas is a researcher, writer, and editor overseeing policy research, issue-messaging, and political campaign projects for N2. She has a PhD in politics from the University of Cambridge, where she specialized in political research and election integrity. She has over 13 years of experience in research and international development and is an expert on political participation, elections, governance, democratic transition, state-building, post-conflict peace and security, and gender-based violence with a regional specialization in the Middle East and North Africa.

Alex Spacher leads N2’s graphic design department. He is an award-winning creative director and brand strategist with over 20 years of experience in the media industry, focusing on luxury and lifestyle publications. Alex has an exemplary track record in creating and executing comprehensive editorial design with an emphasis on powerful storytelling and unique visual problem solving. He has created multiple successful brand identities and developed award-winning assets that get to the critical center of the unique stories we have to tell. In the publishing industry, his responsibilities have included directing, inspiring, and motivating a team of designers and photo department to elevate the print and digital aesthetic and to build a tenacious visual statement.
Chase Wright
Chase Wright works with clients to develop content strategies, oversee production, and measure content performance across various platforms. Chase brings more than a decade of experience in content creation as a journalist and newsroom leader. He holds an MBA in digital marketing strategy and management from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Syracuse University.
