Joe Flood leads our team of accomplished writers, researchers, and producers. He's been a data and financial journalist since his undergraduate days at the Harvard Crimson, and has written for places like The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Economist, Gizmodo, and Chief Investment Officer.
Senior Editor / Client Lead
Chris Edmonds oversees our team-building and project management processes, employing a blend of proprietary and best-in-class software to keep us operating at peak efficiency. He joined N2 after more than a decade working as a newspaper editor, reporter, and online producer. He has a degree in English and classical languages from Holy Cross.
Content Marketing Lead
James Longley leads our content marketing team, consulting closely with clients to shape campaigns and manage their implementation. Having worked with new startups and established tech giants alike, he brings an expertise in tech- and data-centered writing for lay readers to the projects he manages. Based in the Bay Area, he holds an MFA in creative writing from the Iowa Writers' Workshop and is co-editor of LVNG, a journal of poetry and art.
Podcast Production Lead
Jody Avirgan runs 30 for 30 Podcasts, part of ESPN Films. He also developed FiveThirtyEight Podcasts, where he continues to host, report, and edit. He's the host of the FiveThirtyEight politics podcast, where he covered the 2016 campaign, and was host of What's The Point, a show about how data affects our lives. Prior to arriving at ESPN, he was a producer at WNYC radio and has worked with shows such as On The Media, Marketplace, Freakonomics, and many more. On the side, he hosts the comedy and storytelling series Ask Roulette.
Lindsay Elliott produces large-scale projects for N2, specializing in highly technical RFP responses. He previously led technical sales operations for a Fortune 500 energy company. He studied English literature and molecular biophysics at Yale.
